Every advertiser and every traffic source moves through the same five-step process — documented, time-stamped and auditable. The same workflow is shown to clients, to auditors and to banking counterparties.

Business Review

All advertisers and publishers undergo internal review before activation. Entity verification, licensing checks for the relevant geography, and sign-off on the commercial structure.

Step 02

Campaign Setup

Campaign terms, target GEOs, approved traffic sources and conversion requirements are documented in writing before launch. No verbal scopes, no live changes without record.

Step 03

Traffic Activation

Approved traffic sources are activated within the agreed campaign restrictions. Out-of-scope sources are blocked by default and require a documented exception.

Step 04

Monitoring & Optimization

Traffic quality, conversion behaviour and fraud indicators are continuously monitored. Suspicious sources are quarantined, reviewed by a human operator, and either reinstated or terminated.

Step 05

Reporting & Settlement

Performance reporting and commercial settlements are managed according to agreed campaign terms. All reports are exportable for the advertiser, auditor or banking counterparty.

Traffic Quality & Compliance

EYI applies a risk-based review process for advertisers and publishers. Traffic sources are reviewed and monitored for fraud indicators, prohibited acquisition methods, abnormal conversion behaviour, and campaign compliance. Findings are logged and exportable for advertisers, auditors and banking counterparties.

Entity verification, beneficial-ownership check and contracted insertion order before any publisher is activated. No anonymous sources.

Traffic quality monitoring

Daily monitoring of click and conversion patterns by source, with thresholds for abnormal behaviour that trigger quarantine and human review.

Policy 03

Anti-fraud controls

IP, device, behavioural and conversion-pattern checks on every event. Bot signatures, click farms and incentivised traffic are filtered out.

Policy 04

Sanctions-sensitive restrictions

Geo-blocking against EU, UK, US and UN sanctions lists at the campaign level. Restricted jurisdictions cannot be activated without compliance sign-off.

GDPR & data handling

Controller/processor split documented per advertiser, with DPA on file. Personal data is minimised, retention-capped and never resold.

Policy 06

Prohibited traffic methods

Adware, brand bidding, cookie-stuffing, incentivised installs and misleading creatives are prohibited. Breach results in termination and clawback.

Is this a SaaS tool I log in and use myself?

No. EYI is a managed media-acquisition service. Our console gives clients a live view of performance, but the day-to-day buying, optimisation and source verification work is operated by our team.

Which verticals do you accept?

iGaming (licensed operators only), regulated financial services, mobile apps, e-commerce and consumer subscriptions. We do not operate in unregulated CFD/FX, adult, pharma, crypto investment schemes, or any vertical where the advertiser cannot show a current operating licence for the geography they want to acquire users in.

Where does the traffic come from?

A mix of programmatic media buying on commercial DSPs (Xandr, DV360 and similar) and direct insertion orders with vetted publishers and affiliate partners. Every direct source is KYC-ed and contracted before going live; programmatic supply is filtered through inclusion lists and anti-fraud rules.

How is the commercial deal structured?

CPA, CPL or RevShare, depending on the vertical and the advertiser. We agree a payout per qualified action up front and reconcile against the advertiser's own attribution data on a weekly or monthly cycle. Invoices are issued from EYI Consulting Limited (Cyprus) with full backing reports.

How do you handle fraud and source verification?

Every click and conversion runs through a fraud-detection layer covering IP, device, behavioural and conversion-pattern signals. Suspicious sources are quarantined, reviewed and either reinstated with notes or terminated. Every case is logged and exportable for advertiser or auditor review.

How long does the first cycle take to show results?

The optimisation layer needs a learning period — typically 2 to 4 weeks of live traffic — before bid and source decisions start producing meaningful lift. Most clients see the first clear signal by week 4 and a settled baseline by week 8.

Who owns the data and the learnings?

You own your campaign data, accounts and creative. The optimisation methodology and our internal source lists stay with EYI. If we part ways, you keep what you came in with, plus the campaign data that ran during the engagement.
